The present application has been filed on behalf of the applicant seeking bail in Case Crime No. 293 of 2024, under Sections 103(1) and 115(2) B.N.S, Police Station-Thakurganj, District-Lucknow. 3. While pressing the instant application, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. 4. It is stated that the applicant, namely Monu Mishra @ Shiv Shakti Mishra named in the F.I.R No.293 of 2024 lodged on 11.07.2024, under sections 103(1) and 115(2) B.N.S, Police Station-Thakurganj, District- Lucknow, having no criminal history, is in jail
