Court No. - 67 HON'BLE ARUN KUMAR SINGH DESHWAL, J. 1. Heard Sri Shahabuddin, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rakesh Kumar Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.191 of 2025, under Section- 103(1) BNS, Police Station-Pawai, District-Azamgarh, during the pendency of the trial. 3. The contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that, as per the allegations in the FIR, all four named persons have killed the deceased. Subsequently, as per the post-mortem report of the deceased, it was found that the deceased received only one stab wound and three contusions. Thereafter, the first informant gave a second statement making a specific allegation against the applicant regarding his involvement in killing the deceased.
