Heard Sri Manoj Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Bhupendra Pal Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 162 of 2025, under Sections- 103(1), 109(1), 3(5), 352 of BNS, 2023, Police Station-Purkazi, District- Muzaffarnagar, during the pendency of the trial. 3. The contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that, in the FIR as well as in the statement of the witness, general allegations have been made against all three accused persons, including the applicant, for firing upon the deceased and causing his death. However, from a perusal of the post-mortem report, it is clear that the deceased sustained only one firearm injury, which creates doubt over the entire prosecution story. It is further submitted
