Court No. - 67 HON'BLE ARUN KUMAR SINGH DESHWAL, J. 1. Heard Sri Manoj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rakesh Kumar Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.556 of 2025, under Sections 109(1), 103(1), 61(2), 3(5) BNS, Police Station Kataghar, District Moradabad, during the pendency of the trial. 3. The contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that, as per the prosecution story, co-accused Vikas Diwakar @ Vikky Diwakar and Nihal Balmiki have killed the deceased, who is the brother of the first informant. The only role assigned to the applicant is that he was also involved in the aforesaid conspiracy, without there being any incriminating material against him.
