Parmar, learned counsel for the first informant and Sri Rakesh Kumar Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.387 of 2025, under Sections- 103(1), 352 BNS, Police Station-Maudaha, District-Hamirpur, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that, as per the prosecution story, the allegation is that the applicant, along with the co-accused persons, came to the house of the first informant and, after calling out his brother Ravi, started beating him with lathi, danda, and sharp-edged weapons, which resulted in the death of the deceased, Ravi.
