Court No. - 67 HON'BLE ARUN KUMAR SINGH DESHWAL, J. 1. Heard Sri Avinash Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rakesh Kumar Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 1794 of 2017, under Sections- 2/3 of U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Indrapuram, District- Ghaziabad, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case on the basis of only one base case, though there is no incriminating material against him. It is further submitted that the applicant has already been released on bail in the base case, bearing Case Crime No. 40 of 2015, a copy of which has been annexed as Annexure-2 to the affidavit accompanying the bail application.
