The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No.657 of 2025, under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 316(5), 61(2), 238 B.N.S. and Section 66(D) I.T. Act, Police Station Kotwali Karwi, District Chitrakoot. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submitted that Rs.4,30,200/- was unauthorizedly transferred in the pension account of the applicant.
