The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No.283 of 2024, under Section 3(1) of the Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Aurai, District Bhadohi. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submitted that on the basis of one base case, the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present. He further submitted that the applicant has already been released on bail in the base case, the copy of the bail order has been annexed at page 41 of the bail application, therefore, the applicant is entitled to be released
