The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 0408 of 2025, under Sections- 85, 80(2), 351(3) B.N.S. and Section 4 of D.P. Act, Police Station- Talbehat, District- Lalitpur, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that as per prosecution story, the FIR was lodged with the allegation that the daughter of the first informant is married with the son of the applicant on 08.03.2024. The applicant and other family members were not happy with the dowry given at the time of the marriage and they used to harass the deceased for one motorcycle and Rs. 2,00,000/-, thereafter, the deceased committed suicide on 13.09.2025.
