The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No.206 of 2022, under Sections 302, 201, 120-B, 420, 34 I.P.C., Police Station Rehra, District Amroha. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submitted that the applicant was not named in the FIR, wherein the allegation has been made that an unknown vehicle hit the son of the first informant and injured him, which resulted in his death. He further submitted that the police after investigation submitted final report on 29.09.2022, which was rejected by the concerned Court on 14.08.2025 with direction
