By means of this application, the applicant has impeached/assailed the order dated 28.10.2025 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1563 of 2025 (Harsh Pratap @ Shivam Kumar Vs. State of U.P. and another). Vide the order in issue, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the opposite party No.2. The order dated 28.10.2025 is extracted herein under :- "1.
