The present application has been filed seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail granted on an ad-interim basis by this Court vide order dated 18.09.2025, which was subsequently confirmed vide order dated 31.10.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1307 of 2025 (Nisha Vs. State of U.P. and another). 3.The order dated 18.09.2025 is extracted herein under :- " Vakalatnama filed by Shri Ratnesh Kumar Rawat, learned counsel for the complainant, is taken on record. His name shall be shown in the cause list as counsel for the complainant (opposite party no.2) when the case is next listed.
