The instant application has been filed by the applicant seeking anticipatory bail in F.I.R./Case Crime No.207 of 2025 under Sections 85, 124(1), 351(3) of the BNS & 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act lodged on 29.05.2025 at Police Station- Pihani, District- Hardoi. 3.
