The present application under Section 438 Cr.PC./482 BNSS has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR/Case Crime No.0004 of 2026, under Section 3(1) U.P. Gangsters & Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Chapiya, District- Gonda. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the gang chart, two cases have been shown against the applicant and in the said cases the applicant has been enlarged on bail. The bail orders are annexed as Annexure No.4 to the affidavit filed in support of the bail application and Annexure No.S.A.1 to the supplementary affidavit dated 18.03.2026.
