The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 194 of 2023, under Section 308 I.P.C., Police Station Firozabad North, District Firozabad, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicants may be released on anticipatory bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that applicants are named in the F.I.R. along with one other accused. Initially the F.I.R. was lodged under Sections 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. After lodging of the F.I.R. the applicants appeared before the court below and they have been granted bail by the court concerned.
