The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 474 of 2025, under Sections 49, 303(2), 132, 221, 352, 351(2), 61(2) and 111(2)(b) of the B.N.S.; Section 3 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984; and Sections 4/21 of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, Police Station Kotwali, District Fatehpur, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, during the pendency of the trial. 3.
