The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.24 of 2026, under Sections 108, 288, 352, 351(3) BNS, Police Station- Kurara, District Hamirpur, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, till the conclusion of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He seeks anticipatory bail on the following grounds:- (i) The FIR has been lodged with delay of two days. (ii) The applicant and his son have been nominated in the FIR even when they have no relation with the deceased nor had they made any claim over the property of the deceased.
