The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.25 of 2025 under Sections 318(4), 317(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2) of B.N.S., and Section 66 D I.T. Act, Police Station Cyber Crime Auraiya, District Auraiya, the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3.Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the incident is alleged to have taken place on 31.10.2025, whereas the F.I.R., has been lodged on 18.11.2025 without there being any plausible explanation of such an inordinate delay.
