The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.167 of 2025, under Sections 80(2), 85 of the B.N.S., 2023, and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station – Usrahar, District Etawah, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, till the conclusion of the trial. 3. The learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He seeks anticipatory bail on the following grounds :- i. The applicant is the brother-in-law of the deceased. ii. The marriage between the brother of the applicant, Nitin, and the deceased had taken place on 16.05.2019. iii.
