The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.547 of 2025, under Section 69 of B.N.S., Police Station- Kalyanpur, District- Kanpur Nagar, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is sought to be arrested on accusation of having committed an offence under Section 69 of the B.N.S., 2023.
