The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.70 of 2026, under Sections 123, 308(7), 351(3) of B.N.S., Police Station- Chandpur, District- Bijnor, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the above-mentioned case. . 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant has not been named in the First Information Report. His name supposedly figures in the confessional statement of the co-accused, who was found to be a minor.
