The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 467 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 333, 115(2), 352, 118(1), 109, 3(5) and 103(1) of the B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Mandi Dhanaura, District J.P. Nagar (Amroha), with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail. 3. The learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and seeks anticipatory bail on the following grounds :- i. The First Information Report was initially lodged under Sections 191(2), 333, 115(2), 351, 118(1) of the B.N.S.
