This application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the applicants seeking anticipatory bail in Session Trial No.1151 of 2021 arising out of Case Crime No.187 of 2021, under Sections 302, 316 and 120-B IPC, Police Station- Sikandrabad, District- Bulandshahar. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and he seeks anticipatory bail on the following grounds:- (i) The applicant was not named in the First Information Report. (ii) The applicant was not charge-sheeted in the present case. (iii) An application under Section 319 Cr.P.C. was moved for summoning the applicant and the other co-accused and the said application was dismissed by the trial Court vide ord
