This anticipatory bail application has been filed by the applicants with a prayer to release them on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.05 of 2026, under Sections 108, 352, 351(3) of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station- Manduadih, District- Varanasi. 4. The Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants have been falsely implicated in the present case. He states that the applicants are the brother, sister-in-law and the brother of the sister-in-law of the deceased.
