The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime no.283 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 333, 352, 115(2), 118(2), 109(1) of B.N.S., Police Station Tanda, District Rampur, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the applicant was granted interim protection from arrest by Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 09.09.2025 passed in Crl. Misc.
