The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 29 of 2026, under Sections 69, 351(3) of the B.N.S., 2023, Police Station – Phoolpur, District Azamgarh, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, till the conclusion of the trial. 3.
