The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime no.23 of 2026, under Sections 318(4), 336(3), 338, 319(2), 340(2) of B.N.S. and Sections 66C and 66D of the I.T. Act, Police Station Nawabganj (Ganganagar Commissionerate), District Prayagraj, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3.
