The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 386 of 2025, under Section 338, 336(3), 340(2), 318(4) of BNS, Police Station-PremNgar, District- Jhansi. 3. It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that, as per the First Information Report, the applicant is alleged to have received Rs. 1 lakh in his bank account as insurance money under the Prime Minister’s Agriculture Scheme. It is further submitted that the applicant is ready to refund the amount, even though he may not have been eligible to receive it. It is further submitted that applicant has no criminal history.
