The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 0458 of 2025, under Section 109 (1) of BNS and Section 3/5A/5B/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 3/25 of Arms Act, Police Station-Lanka, District- Varanasi, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3. It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is the owner of the vehicle in question, in which one alive bull and three cows are alleged to have been recovered.
