The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 249 of 2025, under Sections 191(2) 191(3), 190, 109(1), 74 115(2), 352, 324(4) of BNS, Police Station-Bansdih, District-Ballia, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3. It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that no specific role has been attributed to the applicant. In the alleged incident, nine named accused persons are said to have assaulted members of the first informant’s side, resulting in injuries to three persons. It is further submitted that, in the cross case, four persons from the applicant’s side sustained injuries in the same incident, and the case was lodged by a co-accused
