The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 0208 of 2025, under Section 87, 127(2), 64(1), 351(1) BNS, Police Station- Mainather, District Moradabad, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail. 3.
