The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.334 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station- Karchhana, District- Prayagraj, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant seeks anticipatory bail on the following grounds:- (i) The First Information Report is delayed by one and a half months. (ii) The postmortem report indicates three injuries and one of the injuries is suspected to be snake bite. (iii) The co-accused Arun Kumar Srivastava, Ajay Srivastava, Shivam Singh, Digvijay Pal, Santosh Sharma and Anki
