The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Bail Application No. 327/2026, in State Vs. Prajjwal Singh and others, in Case Crime No. 173/2025, under Sections 318(4), 352, 351(3) of BNS, Police Station- Rail Bazar, District-Kanpur Nagar, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that no offence is made out against the applicant and that he has been falsely implicated in the present case.
