The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 415 of 2025, under Section 137(2), 76 BNS & 7/8 POCSO Act, Police Station- Phoolpur, District Prayagraj, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has not been named in the First Information Report, and his name surfaced subsequently during the course of investigation. It is further submitted that his name does not find mention in the statement of the victim recorded under Section 180 of the BNS.
