The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime no. 03 of 2021, under Sections 308, 323, 504 of IPC, Police Station Bahjoi, District Sambhal, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that the First Information Report was initially lodged under Sections 325, 323, and 504 of the IPC against the applicants.
