Court No. - 72 HON'BLE JITENDRA KUMAR SINHA, J. 1. Heard Shri Aditya Gupta, learned counsel for the applicants, Shri B.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime no. 174 of 2025, under Section 191(2), 191(3), 115(2) & 140(3) of BNS, 2023 Police Station Baraut, District Baghpat, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that no specific role has been assigned to any of the applicants, and the injuries sustained by the injured, Jitendra @ Jita, have been found to be simple in nature. It is also submitted that the applicants are having no criminal history. It is further submitted that general role has been given to the applicants, with ulterior motive. It is next submitted that no incriminating material
