The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime no. 354 of 2024, u/s 498A, 323, 506 IPC, and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Pakbada, District Moradabad with the prayer that in the event of arrest, the applicants may be released on bail. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that the F.I.R. discloses some matrimonial offences and the applicants are the in-laws of the victim/first informant. Co-accused Rameez Khan, who is husband of the first informant, has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 10.3.2026 in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1898 of 2026. The applicants undertake to co-operate during trial and to appear as and when required by th
