The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime no. 791 of 2025, u/s 316(2), 351(2) BNS, P.S. Hapur Nagar, District Hapur with the prayer that in the event of arrest, the applicant may be released on bail. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. As per the allegations in the F.I.R., the applicant and other co-accused persons are said to have received Rs.15 Lakh from the first informant on the false promise of getting his son selected in under-19 cricket team of Bihar.
