The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.452 of 2025, under Sections 85, 108 BNS, Police Station- Baraut, District Baghpat, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is the father-in-law of the deceased and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
