The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime no. 309 of 2025, u/s 115(2), 110, 351(2), 352 BNS, P.S. Dankaur, District Gautam Buddha Nagar with the prayer that in the event of arrest, the applicants may be released on bail. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants have been assigned the role of assault by fists and kicks wherein no one has received injuries except the first informant which are simple in nature. It is further submitted that it is a family dispute which has been given the color of criminality.
