The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime no. 1 of 2026 u/s 2/3 U.P. Gangsters Act, P.S. Ghaziabad Kotwali, District Ghaziabad with the prayer that in the event of arrest, the applicant may be released on bail. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is on bail in both the cases shown against him in the gang chart. It is further submitted that the applicant is having third case, registered against him, relating to damages to public property Act in which final report has been submitted.
