The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime no.260 of 2012, under Sections 409, 204, 120-B of I.P.C. and Section 3/7 Essential Commodities Act, Police Station Ghatampur, District Kanpur Nagar, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the first information report has been lodged by the inspector of the CBCID on the basis of a complaint filed by one local M.L.A. and the final report was submitted and the case was closed but after 13 years, the same case was reopened with the permission of the District Mag
