The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime no.403 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 74, 352, 351(2) of B.N.S., Police Station Gandhi Park, District Aligarh, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 4. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that none of the injuries of the injured has been found to be grievous in nature or dangerous to life and the applicant has also filed a case against the first informant side on
