The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.602 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 109, 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station- Dhanghata, District- Sant Kabir Nagar, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the above-mentioned case. 3. This Court on 16.03.2026 granted interim anticipatory bail to the applicant in the absence of the instructions received by the Learned A.G.A. 4.
