The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.659 of 2010 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station Machhali Shahr District Jaunpur, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the applicant had taken loan amounting to Rs. 1,95,000/- from the State Bank of India. He further submits that the allegation against the applicant is that he took loan on the basis of forged Khatauni. Learned counsel further argued that the applicant is a farmer, who took loan from the concerned Bank as back as 24.02.2009 but on the basis of the allegations levelled against him, the instant proceedings has been initiated against
