Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the record. 3. The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.25 of 2026, under Sections 69, 89, 123 BNS, Police Station- Bisalpur, District Pilibhit, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been falsely implicated. The applicant and the victim are said to be in a consensual relationship and there was no false promise of marriage. The FIR has been lodged with an excessive delay.
