The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.47 of 2025, under Section 108 B.N.S., Police Station- Chaubiya, District- Etawah, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been nominated in the present case solely due to the fact that he was the cousin maternal uncle of the wife of the deceased Rinki.
