The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.209 of 2025, under Sections 87, 137(2), 70(1) of B.N.S., Police Station- Dilari, District- Moradabad, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the above-mentioned case. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. There are two victims in the present case.
