Court No. - 71 HON'BLE RAJIV LOCHAN SHUKLA, J. 1. Learned counsel for the applicant; and learned A.G.A. for the State are present. 2. The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 547 of 2025, under Section 108 of the B.N.S., 2023, Police Station – Medical College, District Meerut, with a prayer to enlarge her on anticipatory bail, till the conclusion of the trial. 3. The learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and seeks anticipatory bail on the following grounds :- i. The applicant is the wife of the deceased and has been accused of abetting his suicide. ii. Eight people have been nominated in the First Information Report (FIR), which has been lodged with a delay of six days. iii. The post-mortem report indicates that the deceased died due to asphyxia as a result of ante-mortem hanging
