The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 19 of 2025 under Sections 109(1), 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3) of B.N.S., Police Station Dhebarua, District Siddharth Nagar, with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicants that applicants are innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
